I was just reading the MiamiHerald.com when I saw an article highlighting some new restaurants in the Grove.  Residents of Coconut Grove have seen an influx of new restaurants over the last months and they will be seeing even more culinary options in the near future.  According to this article entitled, “Coconut Grove welcomes a slew of new restaurants“, these new restaurants are bringing new flavors to an area already known for its international cuisine and excellent dining.

Over the last months, we have seen Café Tu Tu Tango, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Cielo Garden and Supper Club and Oxygen Bar and Sushi Lounge close their doors.  At the same time, Cita’s Italian Chophouse, Pisco Seafood bar and Grill, Bertoni Brick Oven Pizza and Le P’tit Paris Fine Bakery and Café have all opened for business.  Restaurants expected to open in the next few months include Crazy Pianos, a Dutch restaurant featuring dueling pianos and Jacob’s in the Grove.  Jacobs in the Grove is the newest restaurant from Thomas Euvin, owner of New York Pizza.  Jacob’s in the Grove will specialize in Swiss food and Thomas Euvin also hopes to open a chocolate shop right next door.

The grove is a dynamic area and is continually reinventing itself with new clubs boutiques and restaurants alike.  For those who live in the Coconut Grove area, these new restaurants will come as a breath of fresh air or better yet, a taste of something new.
